DreamPath Workshop

This workshop combines mindfulness meditation and Gestalt Therapy to help you create a path of deep intention for your life; it is useful for people going through transitions (eg. birth, separation, career change).  In the DreamPath Workshop we examine night and day dreams using creative and playful modalities such as journaling, artwork. The focus is on the here and now, your future, and developing a life path of deep intention.

Location

 

Online sessions are conducted on ZOOM for Healthcare.  In Person sessions are conducted at East End United Church, 310 Danforth Ave, Jackman Room, fully accessible.

 

The Process

 

All applicants must meet with me for a brief re-assessment to determine if this workshop is the correct action at this time. This meeting does not guarantee entry into the group. All applicants must have completed the Mindful Mood Workshop or equivalent and be in remission from Depression and or Anxiety. This workshop is not a substitute for individual therapy.

*Participants must attend all sessions: there are no cancellations of sessions.  Regardless of the reason, if you are late, leave early or attend less than the stated number of sessions you pay directly out of pocket according to the following fee schedule:

 

Missed session: $101.00

Late fee (or leaving early) approx. $14 per 1/2 hour.
